Information about your energy levels, sleep pattern, diet, previous medical history and stress triggers will help me to get you back into balance.
If you’re in the process of dealing with physical or emotional issues then it’s important that a level of trust can build between us. As a yoga therapist my work is different to that of a psychotherapist or physiotherapist, I’ll need to understand you both on a physical and emotional level so that I can create the most beneficial yoga practice for you.
